花蓮好康spots距離花蓮火車站後站約750公尺，步行約10分鐘，靠近自強夜市，200公尺內就有超商，熱鬧中山路就在旁邊。從花蓮好康spotss 就能看見靜思堂，午後可以到靜思堂走走。鄰近校區，住宿環境安靜舒適；鄰近慈濟醫院，對面設有巡邏站，安全無顧慮。

入住四人房，兩張床鋪中間隔著廁所，廁所淋浴區沒有做隔間，所以隨意就可進出，建議若不是家人可能要考慮一下，且因沒有區隔，且冬天非常冷，熱水是儲熱型的，大概洗10分鐘就會沒熱水，馬桶大概每10分鐘會有5秒鐘的流水聲，淺眠的人請注意。
